Web/App Critique

The application that im  reviewing is the IOS version of the Inwego app. I have been a customer of this company and used this app for 3 years. My assessment of this app  will reflect on the usability, design, and functionality of the Inwego app . It is imperative that an app be user friendly, have a smooth attractive appereance, and respond well to the tasks and function that it said it would.
The Inwego app is a paid membership app used for events around major metropolitan areas. Inwego is has been growing the past few years the events used to be unlimited now the plans go upto 3 events per month for 35 dollars. Inwego also has sporting events, movie premiers, music concerts and festivals, as well as wine and beer festivals. Although plentiful these services can only be retrieved through its mobile app there is now website to access tickets.

For the most part, the Inwego app is a highly in-built app, easy to use application. The every day phone user should be able to navigate this app. The app uses general scrolling and one press access to different events and selection inputs. The app also uses a high contrast color and font scheme so that it is easy to read. The only issue I have found there is no way search specific dates, you can be stuck sifting through countless events that do not interest you just to find a few you like.
.
The overall functionality of the Inwego app is incredible, there are a lot of options to get you and other people tickets. As stated before is very accessible and opportune, there is literally no other app where u can pay a small monthly fee and get into events that would cost you over one hundred dollars to get into one event without this app. The best features are the tickets that let you add people for a discounted price instead of regular ticket prices and benefits such as credits to get early tickets, and for concerts and sporting events the ability to upgrade for cheap. It as has the ability to set reminders on your phone calendar so you wont miss the opportuinity to get one of the finite spots it offers to all events.

My only recommendations for inwego is that It can occasionally be a hassle to find the type of event you are looking for and specific dates you want to see events on. There is no real search bar to speak of I would put it at the top of the main page so someone can type in specific search, letters, dates, or keywords. I would also see if there was a way I could add another level of membership, so it could offer unlimited again. The upgrade option should also have its own section, such as “Upgradeable Tickets,” that way the user has an idea of what event they can upgrade and maybe add a person But I am a fan of this app and I still use it a lot.
